Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll is really excited to be working alongside our amazing global client, with offices in central Leeds to recruit an experienced operational and strategic Head of Payroll. Our client is looking for a Head of Payroll who is an expert in global payrolls working across multiple platforms, bothi inhouse and outsourced. This is a volume payroll overseeing a large team across a diverse landscape.
Duties include;
- Managing the production of an accurate and efficient payroll function across a global business
- Driving a metrics led complex payroll, through continuous improvement
- Senior Leadership Team Stakeholder Management
- Managing a global function, with some travel expected across the EMEA region
