- Manage all aspects of the regional HRIS system (BambooHR) for both PGR and Infinity Generation Services.
- Maintain, update, and organize employee records, including overseeing Iron Mountain storage and ensuring all files are up-to-date.
- Set up and manage timesheets for non-union hourly and salaried employees.
- Obtain employee numbers for non-union staff using the ‘Number Generator App’.
- Ensure that daily HR transactions are processed accurately and promptly in BambooHR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of all personnel documentation.
- Handle the hiring and re-hiring process for trade and professional employees within BambooHR.
- Collaborate with the hourly and salaried payroll teams to ensure that data in BambooHR aligns with the payroll system (JDEdwards).
- Customize, generate, and export reports from BambooHR as needed.
- Provide initial support for BambooHR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within BambooHR and HR operations.
- Escalate any issues to appropriate parties to maintain data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Provide support in document filing, scanning, and general record keeping.
- Manage regional Group Benefits and Pension Programs, including communication for employees 65 years and older.
- Oversee the regional Long-Term Service and Service Quality Award Programs.
- Administer the regional Customer Survey Program.
