      Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join their growing Outbound Sales Team. Following their remarkable success in Canada, they are expanding rapidly and seeking individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to succeed, and ready to exceed expectations.

      The Role

      As a B2B Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be cold calling small and medium-sized businesses, identifying those that would benefit from our client’s services. Your goal is to secure consultations for Account Executives, who will present the company’s services and demonstrate how they can add value to these businesses.

      This role offers exciting earning potential, starting with a base salary of $50,000, plus uncapped commission, with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,000+.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to generate leads.
      • Secure at least three appointments per day with potential clients.
      • Work closely with an Account Executive to sell high-value services to small and medium-sized businesses.
      • Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
      • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors.

      What We Are Looking For

      • Experience in cold-calling sales is preferred.
      • Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
      • A high level of drive and ambition to succeed.
      • Experience in B2B sales is ideal, though B2C experience will also be considered.
      • Ability to embrace coaching and feedback to continuously improve sales skills.
      • A team player with a passion for healthy competition.
      • Strong determination, resilience, and people skills to excel in sales.
