      About the Role

      We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Administrator (English/French) to support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Canadian provinces, with a strong focus on Quebec payroll. The ideal candidate has experience in unionized environments, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced payroll setting. Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Process full-cycle, multi-provincial Canadian payroll (including Quebec) on a bi-weekly/weekly basis

      • Administer Quebec-specific payroll requirements (RL-1, QPP, QPIP, CNESST, Revenu Québec)

      • Ensure payroll compliance with federal and provincial legislation

      • Manage payroll for union and non-union employees, including collective agreement interpretation

      • Process payroll adjustments, retro pay, bonuses, terminations, and ROEs

      • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in both English and French

      • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity

      • Support audits, year-end processing (T4s, RL-1s), and reconciliations

      • Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies

      Qualifications & Experience

      • 3+ years of Canadian payroll administration experience

      • Strong experience with Quebec payroll and multi-provincial payroll

      • Experience processing payroll in a unionized environment

      • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)

      • Experience with Dayforce is a strong asset

      • Solid knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance

      • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

      • PCP designation (or working toward) is an asset
