Role: Payroll Analyst (US)
Location: Downtown Toronto (2x a week)
Our client is seeking an experienced and analytical team member to join the payroll department and help support US payroll.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dayforce experience considered an asset
- working alongside the Payroll Manager and Director to support year end duties and responsibilities and payroll tax environment for entities in both US and Canada
- comfortable working across a multi-state and multi-provincial environment
- Very strong excel skills, comfortable with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros etc.
- T4 experience
- W2 experience
- strong compliance knowledge
- PCP or CPP certification considered an asset
- comfortable working within a high volume, fast growing environment
