We are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their team and manage the administration of the client and supplier journey with their clients, including income management, project registrations and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project, client, and APCO data in the CRM.
- Support process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and reporting.
- Source, record, and manage all project data, ensuring timely declarations and clear audit trails.
- Liaise with the finance team to minimise late payments and track outstanding debt.
- Manage the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, ensuring all contacts are engaged and recorded.
- Promote the business’ products and services through regular stakeholder interaction.
- Track and monitor payments on registered projects with Partners and Appointed Companies.
- Provide training and guidance on the systems to ensure effective project data management.
- Monitor, adjust, and report on project income forecasts with the CSM and Office Manager.
- Support variance reporting and help minimise monthly/quarterly variations.
- Register, track, and progress leads through the system.
- Produce regular KPI and project performance reports.
- Collaborate with the client’s colleagues and undertake additional duties as required.
Desirable:
- Experience in finance/administration roles with data reconciliation, CRM use, and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident in decision-making.
- Positive, proactive, dependable, and able to build strong professional relationships.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, IT literacy, and the ability to produce clear reports.
