      Portfolio Payroll Canada has an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated Payroll Administrator at our established Client. The position will require an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Ensuring weekly payroll, including hourly, salary, union/non-union employees, is processed within established timelines
      • Maintaining accurate and organized payroll records
      • Generate and review payroll reports in addition to the payroll in-box review/execution
      • Respond to employee inquires about payroll, timesheets and pay slips
      • Flexible hybrid work environment
