Portfolio Payroll Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist for our Client. This a very exciting Temporary opportunity that may lead to a long-term position.

Responsibilities will include:

Process full-cycle payroll for salaried, hourly and contract employees across multiple provinces
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance at all times
Lead as the main point in contact for payroll related inquiries within the organization
Administer group benefits plans, enroll new employees, liaise with benefit providers when required
Maintain benefits records and educate employees and provide ongoing support

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, PCP designation or working towards, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills.
