Our Portfolio Payroll Client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator (Junior Level) to support their growing payroll operations team. This is a Temporary opportunity of approximately a 4-6 month duration and a hybrid position that offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain valuable experience in a blended role, supporting both payroll and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and excited by the possibility of long-term growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
- Support payroll-related data entry and verification tasks
- Handle general administrative duties including document management, filing, and internal communications
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks
Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
