Role: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Downtown Toronto (transit accessible)
Working model: Hybrid
Our confidential client in the insurance space is looking for a senior payroll specialist to join the organization
Responsibilities
- full cycle payroll for Canada, US and EMEA payroll (outsourced)
- strong US and Canada payroll experience essential for this role
- strong legislation and compliance knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with ADP WFN – ongoing systems optimization and improvement projects
- reporting to Total Rewards Manager
- year end experience with T4s, W2s etc
- strong communication
- working alongisde a jr payroll administrator – able to handle escalations
