Are you a payroll pro with a passion for precision and detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re on the hunt for a French Bilingual UKG Payroll Specialist to join our Client’s Montreal team and bring their expertise to a role that truly makes an impact! Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week working on-site at their Montreal head office location and is a long-term Temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Run full-cycle Canadian/US payroll (F/T and P/T employees, Corporate & Retail teams).
- Keep everything compliant with federal and provincial payroll regulations.
- Work closely with all departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements for consideration:
- ✅ Bilingual fluency (French/English)
- ✅ 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience
- ✅ UKG (Ultipro) full-cycle payroll expertise
- ✅ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- ✅ Ability to work onsite – enjoy team energy and on-the-spot collaboration!
