We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UKG Payroll Specialist for our Retail Client with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex payroll operations across Canada and the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting both Corporate and Retail environments and be well-versed in processing full-time and part-time payrolls. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering excellence in payroll compliance, reporting, and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles using UKG software for Canadian and US employees (F/T and P/T).
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and provide reporting insights.
- Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and provide support with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience using UKG in a high-volume, multi-state/province environment.
- Proven experience managing Canadian and US payrolls across both corporate and retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, legislation, and reporting requirements.
- Experience processing full-time and part-time employee payrolls.
