Portfolio Payroll are looking for experienced Accounts Payable/ Collection Specialist to join our team and support payment collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Update and manage transactions in QuickBooks

Requirements:

Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
