      Job Title: Payroll Administrator
      Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

      About the Role:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our growing manufacturing company. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse workforce of both hourly and salaried employees, including union and non-union team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Accounting experience is a plus.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP (Workforce Now experience preferred).

      • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

      • Administer and reconcile payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, and taxes.

      • Manage payroll for both union and non-union groups, including adhering to union agreements.

      • Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external audits.

      • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax documents, and timekeeping.

      • Collaborate with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee records and financial reporting.

      • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive payroll data.

      • Support year-end processes including W-2 preparation and distribution.

      • Stay current on payroll best practices and regulations.

      Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.

      • Experience with hourly and salaried payroll, including union and non-union environments.

      • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll integrations.

      • PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification is a plus.

      • Solid understanding of payroll laws and accounting principles.

      • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

      Work Arrangement:

      • Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
