Role: Payroll & Accounting Administrator
Location: Port Hope – onsite
Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll and AP administrator to join the organization as they look to grow
Responsibilities:
- Experienced full cycle payroll professional comfortable working across salaried environments
- Previous knowledge and experience with Quickbooks desktop within
- Experience with communicating with employees regarding their pays and vacaton allotments
- Accounts Payable experience – comfortable reviewing invoices
- Confident and competent communicator able to speak with clients regarding invoice questions and concerns
- Ability to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Utilize accounting software to streamline accounting tasks to improve efficiency
- systems experience across ADP, Quickbooks
