      Role: Payroll & Accounting Administrator

      Location: Port Hope – onsite

      Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll and AP administrator to join the organization as they look to grow

      Responsibilities:

      • Experienced full cycle payroll professional comfortable working across salaried environments
      • Previous knowledge and experience with Quickbooks desktop within
      • Experience with communicating with employees regarding their pays and vacaton allotments
      • Accounts Payable experience – comfortable reviewing invoices
      • Confident and competent communicator able to speak with clients regarding invoice questions and concerns
      • Ability to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
      • Utilize accounting software to streamline accounting tasks to improve efficiency
      • systems experience across ADP, Quickbooks
