Role: Payroll Implementation Manager
Location: Pickering
Working model: 3 days onsite
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Dayforce expert who can help support their exisiting payroll infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Overseeing 2 direct reports
- Strong understanding of Ontario provincial federal legislation and understanding of taxable benefits
- Strong systems experience with Ceridian Dayforce for full cycle processing
- understanding of change management – ability to work alongside senior leadership to advocate for best practice and process improvement efforts
- Full cycle payroll knoweldge for 500 employees – hourly and salaried
- Reconciliations and remittance
- Strong knowledge of excel – pivot tables, vlookup etc.
